SIDERA — TERMS OF USE & END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sidera ("Sidera," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your use of our app, website, tools, AI agents, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

15. Limitation of Liability

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, government actions, or platform failures.
